Light and healthy Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps — a flavorful, low‑carb alternative to traditional tacos that come together in under 20 minutes.

These turkey taco lettuce wraps are a perfect weeknight meal when you want something quick, light, and satisfying. Made with lean ground turkey and pantry staples, they’re ready in about 20 minutes and cook in one pan for minimal cleanup. The filling combines simple spices with vegetables and beans for plenty of flavor and texture, and jarred salsa speeds things up while adding great taste.
Because this recipe uses common ingredients like ground turkey, chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, corn and black beans, it’s easy to pull together without a trip to the store. Finish the filling with fresh lime juice and cilantro for brightness, and serve it in crisp lettuce cups for a refreshing, low‑carb presentation.

I prefer butter, Bibb, or Boston lettuce for wraps — they’re crisp without excess moisture and their cup‑like shape holds the filling well. Let everyone top their own wraps with shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, chopped onions, extra salsa or any favorite taco toppings. This turkey mixture also makes excellent leftovers: spoon it over a salad for an easy lunch or use it in bowls for meal prep.
Our family eats tacos often, and these lettuce wraps have become a simple staple. They’re fast, healthy, and adaptable — on Weight Watchers Freestyle this version counts as a zero‑point recipe when made as described.

Great for Meal Prep!
This turkey filling stores and reheats well, making it a fantastic option for meal prep. Use the cooked turkey mixture over salads, with rice, or in wraps throughout the week. It keeps flavors fresh and provides a quick, protein‑packed base for lunches and dinners.
