Meat Lovers Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 8 Flour tortillas
- Pepperoni diced
- Hot Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
- Salami diced thin
- Bacon cooked and crumbled
- Any other cooked meats you like
- Mozzarella cheese shredded
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press, griddle, or skillet to medium-high.
- Lay tortillas flat. On half of each tortilla, layer shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, sausage, bacon, and any additional meats, leaving a 1″ border around the edge. Fold or top with a second tortilla.
- Cook on the heated surface until the tortilla is golden and crisp and the cheese has melted, flipping once if using a skillet. Remove and let rest briefly, then slice and serve with marinara for dipping.
