Sink your teeth into a fully loaded meat lovers quesadilla filled with pepperoni, sausage, salami, bacon, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • Pepperoni diced
  • Hot Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • Salami diced thin
  • Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Any other cooked meats you like
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press, griddle, or skillet to medium-high.
  2. Lay tortillas flat. On half of each tortilla, layer shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, sausage, bacon, and any additional meats, leaving a 1″ border around the edge. Fold or top with a second tortilla.
  3. Cook on the heated surface until the tortilla is golden and crisp and the cheese has melted, flipping once if using a skillet. Remove and let rest briefly, then slice and serve with marinara for dipping.
