Retro Cocoa-Cola Jello Salad
A nostalgic, jiggly fruit dessert combining cherry and pineapple flavors with a fizzy touch from Coca‑Cola.

Ingredients
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (3 oz) boxes cherry jello powder
- 1 cup Coca‑Cola
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (drained)
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the cherry pie filling, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and stir for about 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar.

Remove from heat and whisk in both packages of cherry jello powder until fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Place the saucepan in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes, until the mixture is partially set but not firm. Do not let it set completely.

Remove the pan from the fridge and stir in the Coca‑Cola and the drained crushed pineapple until evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into your jello mold and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.

To serve, unmold onto a platter and slice as desired.
Tip: Use a warm, damp towel briefly around the outside of the mold to help release the jello if needed.
